tl;dr
The customer service was absolutely dreadful!! I was given misinformation, ended up being literally told to pay for their mistake and was treated very poorly.
Upon trying to purchase bags of ice, I was told one bag costed $3 and three costed $9 so decided to buy two for $6, only to discover I had been given false information as two bags costed $7.60! Asking the person at the counter again, they then stated they had said one bag costed $3.80 even though me and my husband clearly heard them state one bag costed $3. Deciding to then purchase three bags for $9 instead of the two, the person at the counter refused to take the $1.40, saying that the purchase for the two bags had been made and to purchase another bag, I would have to pay another $3.80. I suggested to be refunded, as I hadn't taken the ice yet, and have the purchase be restarted all over again only to be rejected, told to leave and if I had complaints to come back tomorrow morning to speak to their boss. With further insisting, the queue behind us grew so they finally gave in, taking the $1.40. But when I went to collect the ice and came back in for the receipt, I discovered they had thrown the receipt away into the bin behind the counter. Asking nicely for the receipt, they then snapped at me, telling me that they refused to take it out of the bin and if I wanted it so much, then I should come and get it out myself, knowing full well that I could not get behind the counter to even try.
